What to Expect
Each session is 60 minutes and held either in person or online.
You don’t need to prepare, simply arrive as you are. Over time, we’ll develop an ongoing rhythm that feels natural, supportive, and tailored to you. This work is not rushed; it unfolds gently and with intention. The process is about depth, not speed — creating lasting change through awareness and connection rather than force or pressure.

Each 1:1 session is a dedicated space for you — unhurried, intentional, and completely tailored to your needs.
Your time includes gentle conversation, guided reflection, and moments of quiet integration.
Between sessions, you may receive simple mindfulness or journaling practices to support continued awareness. All sessions are private and confidential, whether held in person or online.

Individual sessions are £140 / $180 per 60-minute session, payable at the time of booking.
For ongoing clients, multi-session packages and longer-term mentorship plans are available upon request.
Sliding-scale options may occasionally be offered for those in financial transition — please reach out if this applies to you.

Standard sessions run for 60 minutes.
Extended 90-minute deep-dive sessions are available for clients seeking extra time for integration or body-based practices.
The frequency of sessions is flexible and will be discussed together — weekly, bi-weekly, or as guided by your process.

Confidentiality: All sessions are conducted in a private, secure environment; your information is never shared.
Cancellations: A minimum of 24–48 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or cancellations.
Online Sessions: Virtual appointments are held via encrypted video call and are equally effective as in-person work.
Preparation: No need to arrive with an agenda — come as you are. The session will meet you where you are that day.
Suitability: Tate’s work is holistic and therapeutic in nature but not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment.
